Bricked my Phone and Now Gotta ReInstall OS

Hi guys,
well awhile ago I tried rooting my android (had a Motorola Charm phone), using SuperOneClick everything went well (apparently, it went well), then I tried moving the apps 2 sdcard, and I ran the shell script on the phone using ADB, but the script failed to do the job, and now the phone is messed up: No Wi-Fi, No Bluetooth, and No ADB!
And it doesn't end here! (at least I could still talk & text!).
I tried solving the problem by doing a master reset (or factory reset or whatever), but not only didn't master reset solve the problem, but also now the phone requires me to login with my Motorola account for giving me access to the phone environment, and it needs an internet connection, which... I... don't... have...
So now I don't have (or can't think of) any other choices other than wiping the entire internal memory and re-installing Android OS on it, like I do on my computer.
Anyone done this before? I need some help with this...

Well first of all, you posted in a wrong section. Again.
Second of all, your phone is far from bricked. You have a wrong definition of "bricked".
Third of all, yes, reinstalling Android would solve the problems.

In addition to the third fact, I suggest to install CyanogenMod, since you had it rooted. To do that you'll have to install ClockworkMod first, wipe internal memory and flash Cyanogen onto your phone. It was discussed here.

Fourth of all, yes, I had a very similar problem to yours. I tried to change fonts on a rooted stock android and it hanged. I restarted and android didn't boot at all. Everything was fixed when I flashed to CyanogenMod and I still use it, being a very happy man.

You see last time, I came back to my post and it was just gone! No messages or reasons, so I didn't know what my mistake was...
N E ways thanks and I'm kinda n00b regarding Android rooting & hacking, so bear with me 

btw I forgot to ask is it ok to flash CynogenMod 6 on a phone that was running Android 2.1?

I was looking up here and I didn't find my phone! I got a Motorola Charm...

  Apparently there's no Custom ROM built for Motorola Charm at all...
But I managed to get my problem fixed!
I flashed the phone but with the same Stock ROM (No Custom ROM) and simply re-installed the OS, using the SBF I found on And-Developers and RSD Lite for flashing the phone.
Now the Wi-Fi works just fine, I logged in to the Motoblur Account, and have all my features back!
