Hey what kind of lubricant would you need to fix the bearing on a laptop CPU fan?
The Bigger they are...The more likely you'll get your ass kicked

xD,   you do not use lubricant,  i think lubricant is used for different purposes.

Buy a new and more quiet fan :)

Some kind of oil, although it would probably be better just to replace it, they don't really cost that much.

That, because some fans are just crap designed and the little fan blades make the noise
