Can not use Union based in this challenge

Hi all

I am trying to pass this challenge http://www.arjun.altervista.org/level2.php?cid2=2

I found: http://www.arjun.altervista.org/level2.php?cid2=x' order by 3 %23

and http://www.arjun.altervista.org/level2.php?cid2=x' union select 1 %23

Now I try http://www.arjun.altervista.org/level2.php?cid2=x' order by 1,2 %23
But nothing error, It is normal Sad

Can you help me find out the problem?
