[Python] Simple Traceroute Program

A simple traceroute program in python 3 - just something I've been working on yesterday while supposed to be revising  :P
Tested in arch linux - I would appreciate it if anyone would test it in Windows.
Any tips welcome (obviously)

Wait, how can github not work. It always works otherwise we give it money for nothing. Just say you probably haven't been initiated in that religion and its prayers yet.
