How to crawl an ASP.NET page

I'm trying to get my spider to crawl a page which uses these weird ASP.NET __doPosBack() javascript methods as links. I need to get cURL to replicate the HTTP post data, so I used TamperData (a firefox plugin) to log the HTTP requests, and heres the post data I logged:
