SolusOS is a modern Linux operating system based on the hugely popular Debian Linux distribution. It works out of the box with great support for all your modern day computing needs.

This is a new born in the Linux world. First Beta release was in Feb 2012, latest version was released in May 6 2012

And yes, well laid out UI. The cleaner and simpler the GUI, the more people might use it. Especially new comers to *nix.

Looks nice, as others have said, it seems very cleaned up. It actually kind of looks like a really minimal version of windows or something like that. I have only ever used Ubuntu (and I tried DSL for like, 30 minutes on some random computer), but have wanted to branch out into other distros and this seems like one I might want to try. Since it is so new, are there a lot of bugs or problems with it?
