Alright so I need help with this issue I have with this laptop of mine (Toshiba Satellite L755). You see whenever I try to install Linux on here the install process goes just fine but whenever I try a GUI environment it freezes whenever I click on anything or I open a program and I can't close it. I've been trying to solve this issue on and off for over a year now but I still can't seem to find a fix for the issue. I've tried multiple DE's (XFCE, KDE, GNOME, Cinnamon) and distro's (Ubuntu 11 and 12, Mint, Arch, Debian, Fedora, and more which I can't seem to recall). It's getting really annoying because I really want to install Linux on this system (preferably Arch since that is my favorite distro so far) but I can't because of how annoying this issue is. I've read up on it and it seems other satellite users are having issues with Linux as well (not my exact issue but they're still having problems). If anyone can help me diagnose this issue I would greatly appreciate it since I'm sick of running Winblows on this machine
