Saspesus offer

I was Just surfing some of my favourate tut sites and clicked on a ad, Dont know if this is a scam but im saspesus about it.

It says theyll give you $1 for signing up .

Not sure if this is a scam becaus this ad was hosted  in www.psdbox.com ,they dont host any ad. and its a pretty popular site for photoshop tuts.

Just wanted some opinions about this.
