With this app you can read some well used public transport contactless cards(rfid,nfc) on NFC enabled phones.

Supported cards:


ORCA - Seattle, WA, USA
Clipper - San Francisco, CA, USA
EZ-Link - Singapore (Not compatible with all devices)
NETS FlashPay - Singapore
Suica, ICOCA, PASMO - Japan
OV-chipkaart - Netherlands (Requires encryption keys)


I have build it from source, it is also available in the playstore but it is not up to date with the OV-chipkaart.
