It seems that the website is trying to hide stuff, since they probably are reffering to making the PII secure now, since if "Impact Team" (Now it's a thing <insert random word> Team), are not total retardsthey would have downloaded all these info and and kept them as backup and certainly did not expect maintaining access to the website
