internet access time shift

hi guys, pls i hve been given internet access by my sp,
but works only during the nigh, is there a way to shift
it to work all day?

Are you sure about this? I never heard of an internet access exclusive to night/day period?

Some third world carriers offer data/call/sms packages specific to a particular time period.
