I've been using https://www.feralhosting.com for the last month. The smallest plan is really good for the money. Uploaded over 4.5 TB this month for 18$. Their bandwidth meter isn't working.
feral is a solid provider. I wanted to check them out but were always sold out. I believe they use leaseweb and ovh servers for their boxes, those are the 2 main services most of the best providers use.
