What exactly in hacking? We have out own board dedicated to Android and other mobile OS's.
XDA-Developers is another, probably the biggest forum out there, about all kinds of stuff (including hacking more or less).

XDA-Developers is your go-to source for anything Android. I'll list a few other options depending on your needs, but if you're main interest is hacking/cracking/modding Android than XDA is the place to be.

1) XDA-Developers - http://www.xda-developers.com/

2) Android Forums - http://androidforums.com/

3) MobilePhoneTalk - http://www.mobilephonetalk.com (Formally known as SymbianTalk)

- The last option - MobilePhoneTalk - is an All In One resource for many different platforms. Including IOS, Android, and Symbian. The site provides mainly, a large archive of downloads and user uploaded content. From games to various applications and utilities. Also including discussion surrounding modding, hacking, and cracking cellular devices and smartphones.

Feel free to check out the links. Hopefully they'll help you out  :)
