Need to be on irc but your at work/school and no way to boot up your laptop? Never fear, andchat is here!!!
Lol but seriously, great app that i use every day while at work, or during school. Easy to set up, supports ssl connections, awesome black theme, and is entirely free.

I use AndroIRC. It was the first app for android IRC chatting when it first showed up. Still pretty awesome, I am using it for a long time.

I do prefer andchat over androirc. I like the interface alot better.

Andchat is about 300kb while ardochat is in the 700kb range.

I prefer andchat. I've tried them both and its simpler, cleaner, and looks better too imo
