ahaha now this is epic! you can read them with the 5.25" floppy reader :P though you will need same old hardware.
But above all I highly doubt those floppies will still work :P

Here is floppy readers first in left is 8inch, in the middle is 5,25 and in the right is normal flopy:) 5,25 reader is just huge and they had only 200kb in 1972 :( My external hdd on my table is 2tb so I need 10 000 000 that flopies to fit all my data and it only in 40 years, mayby after 40 years we can have 10 000 000 times bigger devices? So it will be only 10 exabytes :)

I dont think that we can meet, I think it is already degaussed its very old 30 old mayby, simple flopy drives dont survive so long, this is even weaker than standart flopies. There is or was botable os, in that time there was no hdd, that flopies was only one thing how to start pc :)

haha no. There were hard drives at the time those floppies existed. You need to read about computing history more.

not entirely possible to boot a computer just from the floppy... althought you might be able to boot some linux terminal that is >=1.44MB but I doubt you 'll be able to do much with it :D

That was operation system without graphic interface, we used programs wrote with basic from another flopy, that was very powerfull computer in that time, you read computer history and you see like something invented, but invented dont mean that lauched in mass selling or price is huge, now is created tv with 7000x4000 dont remind excatly, but I think that go for mass sale only after 5 years, also there was invented holograms 30 years ago, it was made only with laser without any other object you can go around that object or just go trough it, I thought everyone watch holografed films, at home, but nothing doesnt moved. So dont check than something have been invited, but check when it was realeased to masive sell. There lots of things researched but them cost milions so no one cant buy the. :(
