Alternative persistence module for Metasploit?

Hi Evilzone pretty much does anyone know the method of generating a payload for windows that will automatically run commands before spawning a Meterpreter session? I would just use the persistence module with Metasploit but AV hates it.

meterpreter even has a module to kill the AV. then set up your backdoor.
