"Alan Wake" mini-review
« on: May 12, 2014, 08:54:51 PM »

Alan Wake is a psychological horror game described by Remedy as "the mind of a psychological thriller" and "the body of a cinematic action game" put together. In interviews, the game's creators hold that the game does not belong squarely in the survival horror video game genre.

My input:

Boy this was one amazing game. Reminded me "Alone in the dark" kind of gameplay. The game itself was truly amazing - deep story, very interesting gameplay. It wasn't much of a horror game though, but still kept an element of surprise sometimes. It wasn't boring throughout the game and wasn't predictable at all, game length was considerably long. Overall I loved it very much...

Thank you for this review. Your thoughts on it have persuaded me to go watch some YouTube videos on it, and from which I became thoroughly entertained. 10/10
