hi guys

this is my first post here except for the presentation so please don't crucifix me.
First of all, i've read all about this community's rules and i've also searched a lot in the forum and also in google so even if the question i am going to do is a common question, please ask me because i am still confused
I've read all the posts i could find about anonymity, and also the magnificent tutorial the "art of anonymity" that i wanted to print because of its usefulness.
But there are a lots of controversies out, someone likes ToR, someone else doesn't, someone uses proxies, someone else doesn't, VPNs and so on...

My question (forgive me) is: which setup do you think is the best for a paranoid level of anonymity?
i mean the IP setup (i know that it is only a part of anonymity but it's maybe one of the most important in my opinion), so how should i hide myself apart from standard suggestions such as "do not use your network", "use a untraceable computer (bought used by someone for example)", "use OS like Tails", "spoof you MAC"?

I thought about: VPN + ToR + procychains but i see opposite opinions about (i also know that it depends on the VPN and the proxies used but i mean in general)

thank you for your time and sorry for my bad english and the common question.
Best regards
