You could try this:

1. Boot normally
2. Change the date to something between 2002-01-02 and 2011-12-31
3. Reboot and enter BIOS
4. If it asks for a password, press Alt+R and it should ask you for a rescue password
5. Use the list at http://pastebin.com/L3c3rySj to find the needed password for your date
6. Type it in and it should work.

I am pretty sure that if you used the advantages of any search engine, it wouldn't take you more than twenty seconds to find out it is airdecap-ng what you are searching for.
