Hello EZ,


I am a university student currently working on a script for a short film that I will produce within the year for a course. I have little experience with this subject which has brought me here to you (EZ). I want to ask how you personally would enjoy a coder/cracker/hacker to be incorporated into a film? For instance would you prefer a character to be portrayed similarly to Kevin Mitnick, where he breaks into corporate buildings and is more psychically engaging or rather have the character set as a background piece? Background piece as in the person who stays shelled up in a room for days, wired off of amphetamines and fueled by junk food. I would also like to ask what, if any, films you have seen that have these types of characters that you enjoyed the most and why? Whether you would enjoy a realistically based character, a character that is way over the top or one just above realism, somewhere in the middle? Any comments are welcome. Please hijack this thread!
