Nice bait, what i wanted to say is, his problem looks like not as an hardware problem fgt," When my pc boots up randomly, it skips the bios screen, skips the password, and goes straight to the desktop and connects to the internet

There is a wake-up function implemented in intel's chipsets, so i don't know if you have intel stuff, but if you do, you must verify Wake-on-Lan is not activated. So if after that your computer remains to turns on randomly, re-install your OS or if you are practiced, you can attempt to pown the virus, because it looks like a virus. gl
