Hey guys, so you guys might've clicked this because you know the game Watch Dogs.
Well, in that game, you know that you hack people because for the missions right?

So I'm thinking that we should really create an app like CTOS.
Ctos is a fictional app in Watch Dogs that makes you control Chicago in-game.
(Ctos meaning Central Operating System)

And I think it is really possible to make an app like ctOS.
That makes us control our surroundings through our phone.
Some of the features being:
-Hacking through CCTVs
-Profiling Civilians
(May be possible through an app called 'NameTag', coming soon for iOS and Android)
-Creating an electricity BlackOut
-Controlling Traffic Lights
-Controlling other things controlled by electricity

And why do I want a CTOS IRL?
Let's just say I'm a Grey Hatter. I don't want war, nor peace. I just think it would be better if we go through the privacy of people and using it for ourselves, either for good or for bad.
