Company has over 70 workers in different areas. They earn lots of money. Problem is, the programming part of the company is made that way because there are not so much programmers in my town. People are not good enough to do the job required there. And so, they have to make their existing programmers do both front and back end. Ahhh. It frustrates me a lot, but, in this stupid country, I can not find better job atm.

Hello, I am wondering, do junior programmers need to do both front end and back end job at one work? I always considered that there are people who know front end like Html, css, bootstrap, javascript, jQuery... and backend where they may know other stuff. Now, I am faced with a job where they want me to do Java programming when needed (android), then front end with a web site and if required for android PHP etc.

Is that even real? Doesn't team of men work all this stuff? I am not all around guy who do all. It's funny to me.

Is there a way to disable this message while reading NFC card: "NFC tag not supported" .
Even though I am not writing anything in it, all I do is read it'd uid. And that' all that works and that I need. There is no reason to tell me everytime that tag is not supported.

Thanks guys. I solved the problem with booting Lubuntu on live USB with rufus, and then using testdisk on linux. That's all fine now, I recovered all data. The problem I have now is when the proccess of instalation is done for the first time, after restart, he ask me to start windows normally , and so I pick that, but it seems he fall into some kind of endless loop. And he repeat that step over and over with no effect whatever I pick.

I opened diskpart and did next:

>list disc
>select disk 0 (partition D with files)
>list partition
>select partition 4 (100GB free partition - nothing on it)
>CLEAN
>convert gtp

DONE. After i tried to install new os and on my surprise , there was only one partition (with no files on it).

And now, when i have no OS, is there a app that I can use on USB to recover formated data?
