Title: Weird linux moment.

Today I booted up my machine after the last update.
I have conky running an I noticed a 4-5 degrees celcius drop on my CPU when running idle.
Thats just fckng fantastic!

Probably something in the kernel, went through the changelog but couldnt find anything.
running 3.8.4-ARCH.

Or, it might be running the on-demand cpu governor .   It scales the cpu freq as needed.

I have self tuned my governors :)

I update like every other day. One was like almost 300mb and one of the damn mirrors kept timing out... Fixed now though.

I think EZ should have a mirror at least for some of the hacking related things in AUR.
