Title: Best Text-To-Speech Software?

I'm looking for a text-to-speech software that can take a sample voice in and generate voice from text based on the given sample. And of course, it should also do speech-to-text.
Does such thing exist?

 AV voice changer  (http://support.audio4fun.com/tutorials/av-voice-changer-software-products/vcs-diamond-tutorials/58-imitate-celebrity-voice-with-voice-changer-software-diamond) is a good choice here. It can take voice samples and change other voice to sound like the sample voice. So you can make the speech in a tts app and make it sound like whatever you want with AV voice changer.
