I just found this one through google.

Consists of tools and documents and other files on hacking, cryptography, windows, linux, wordlists, etc.

edit: Site is under pretty heavy load, can't download anything, and doesn't respond to ftp or ssh connections...

edit*2: nvm, it responded with lots of information to an nmap scan...
