hi guys am in a fix and really need help.
i have been trying to install backtrack 5r3 on my computer but i keep getting this error that my processor does not support so i should look for the ryt version of bt for my computer. i have tried googling to find solutions to it but can really find anything helpful can someone be of help...
my computer details
processor---i686
memory-----1gig DDRIII
screen size---10.1
will be very greatful if anyone could be of help with useful links and other stuffs

You need the 32bit version.

It doesn't make sense for it to fail because of the brand or type of processor, so make sure you're trying to install the 32-bit version and not the 64.

Like proxx and silenthunter said, you need the 32 bit version and with that kind of hardware I suggest getting the Gnome version
KDE probably wouldn't run to well

Your processor doesnt support 64 bit os. So you must install the 32 bit or 16 bit (if there is any) heres some more details about bits .
