Title: use skype on a cell phone secure ??

hello i was wondering. If i call with skype on a cell phone. Is it still Voice Over Ip and if so is my call secure. ? can someone listen to my call ? Thanks for answer.  :)

Skype is VoIP yes. And yes, it is possible for people to listen to your Skype calls. The encryption methods were not really disclosed so that there would be no way to judge how good of a method it is.

Plus, after Microsoft bought Skype well.... I'll just leave this here.

Thanks can normal people hack and get access to my calls ?

I wouldn't say 'normal' people, but yes. There's a way into everything.
