Does any one here knows a good video translator, I have a video that I want to translate the language spoken in it from Bulgarian to English?

I don't know of such a thing that could translate a video file from one language to another. Maybe you mean subtitles?

thinking out loud...

connect the video to a speech to text software,
translate the text to your desired language,
read the text with a text to speech software and record it
burn in the new audio,

problems i can think about:
time stamps with first step,
sound effects
not accurate

thoughts?

Do you mean subtitles? I would say use some translation sw on the srt file.

Meanwhile.. Just rip an mp3 file out of it and use some sort of translator.
Then merge the soundtrack to the video.

No... I have a you tube video , a guy speaks Bulgarian. I would like to translate what he is saying and display at in the video at least. Now I could just strip the audio file, but how can get the translatIon. Is It possible to get the audIo fIle as a text fIle

Simplest way would be to find a bulgarian guy and ask him to translate tha video lol.
By other means it's not really doable.
