Yea seriously. Must people want to start using their new computer right away and start installing all their programs. It's a pain to have to re-install the OS but it's so damn worth it. Especially with all pre-installed crap.

That's why I don't use laptops or pre built computers, all about getting a nice mobo, some good ram, a kickass case/psu, a good processor some hd's, graphics cards and mmm, mmm, mmm nothing like a custom built computer with no bloatware!

i once had this laptop of an ex girlfriend, i reinstalled it.
But then, NOWHERE really nowhere i could find proper drivers.
Not for the chipset, for the audio, for the network adaptor.
After that the laptop couldnt show his own hdd's, even in the bios they didn't show up.
So, next time we'll buy a un installed one with proper hardware:P

What happened was this group called GFI Security's malware accidentally flagged some sort of mulitlanguage system folder as "Starlogger" which is a freeware keylogger. Here is the whole article: http://www.computerworld.com/s/article/9215396/GFI_apologizes_for_false_alarm_on_Samsung_keyloggers?taxonomyId=17 (http://www.computerworld.com/s/article/9215396/GFI_apologizes_for_false_alarm_on_Samsung_keyloggers?taxonomyId=17)

Just because we are paranoid doesn't mean that they aren't out there to get us

For this post it does not really matter, but in the future please rethink about reviving old topics ;), welcome to evilzone btw.
