I can see the problem here, that's a bit strange? There is no registration option and you can't even write to them about any problem you face in the site. However, I think you can add a new project without the need for registration. Or at least that's what it's looks like

But I tried adding a project, they want people to register.

The registration is hidden. Read this

Edit:
I just managed to view the registration option for new members.

Tried it, I can see a new user registration, however you can go through the prompts but it doesn't create an account
Or create a new account … </h2> </div> <div id="" style=''> <div id=''>→</div> <h2 style='' class=''> Or create a new account</h2> <div style='' id=''></div> <form name='' onSubmit='' > <input type="" name="" value=""> <dl class="" > <dt>Username:</dt> <dd> <input id="" name="" size="" type="" value="" class=""> </dd> <dt> </dt> <dd> (Letters and numbers only, no punctuation) </dd> <dt class=''>Email:</dt> <dd> <input id="" name="" size="" type="" value="" class=""> </dd> <dt> </dt> <dd> (<em>Optional</em>… We will only use this to contact you about your account: lost password, etc.) </dd> <dt>Password:</dt> <dd> <input id="" type="" name="" class=""> </dd> <dt>Verify:</dt> <dd> <input id="" type="" name="" class=""> </dd> <dd> <input type="" name="" value="" id="" checked=""> <label for="" class="">Remember me on this computer</label> </dd> </dl> <script type="" src="http://api.recaptcha.net/challenge?k=6LdX9AQAAAAAAIxb9WYGG22yRsVsNPDB41UFZeSU"></script> <noscript> <iframe src="http://api.recaptcha.net/noscript?k=6LdX9AQAAAAAAIxb9WYGG22yRsVsNPDB41UFZeSU" height="300" width="500" frameborder="0"></iframe><br/> <textarea name="recaptcha_challenge_field" rows="3" cols="40"></textarea> <input type="hidden" name="recaptcha_response_field" value="manual_challenge"/> </noscript> <dl class=""> <dt> </dt> <dd> <input id="" type="" class="" value=""> <span style=''> (<span style=''>or</span> <span class="" onclick="toggleDisplay('show-create-account','create-account'); toggleDisplayInline('createAccountArrow','loginArrow')" >Cancel</span> ) </span> </dd> </dl> </form> </div> </div> </div> </div
Seems to be lazy coding on them or they purposely have registrations closed
