i just want to know this is true and if its true what this app can do.

Is it possible that when we are using rat, someone is also using rat against us from the rat file we downloaded?

Assume the worst, hope for the best. Learn the ins and outs of wireshark to monitor outgoing and incoming packets.

This may sound a bit stupid to others but i wanted to know about when you check a download with virustotal well what about things like rats etc as surely they'll show up as malicious, infected or whatever so how do you check a rat etc download hasnt got a hidden rat or keylogger in ?.
