Title: Building a local SSL Server

Hi,
I want to mess around with SSL Attacks, and build an SSL Server; is there a way that I can do this on the cheap using a Separate VM on my own machine?

I don't really want to buy a domain, and then purchase a certificate for it.

You should read up on SSL first, because you obviosly don't know much...
