Title: Is ZeuS Malware outdated?
Post by: hyp3r on May 25, 2015, 04:08:57 AM
I guess it was really popular in 2010, but is the form grabbing and web injection outdated? Or would it work in the updated versions of google chrome, firefox, etc?

As with anything, it needs updating, but ZeuS itself is probably not used very widely anymore, its variants are probably being used now.

Zeus is kinda like a three piece suit with a nice ass pocket watch and top hat..

It was cool at one point but now using it just makes you look like a fucking asshat.

*Shrug* I wouldn't knock it, it still works, everyday. And it can be used to push down better stuff.

0-days are cool and all but sometimes some old ass code works just as well.

i guess it could still work since alot of people dont update their browser, but i would recommend either running through the code and trying to update it with newer vulns and stuff, or just find a newer malware that does something similar..

i dont know im not too into malware, all i do really is remove them when found LOL!
