today i met a police officer
i asked him some question about cyber cell (some general question about job , work , workload , salary , promotion etc... )
he told there is nothing special in that job , we only get case to find lost mobile
but he told me about a kidnap case he told me that while they were catching criminals they used some kind of software & they were able to see all the mobile phones near them with their mobile number & some other information
i dont know it is possible or not by just using a software can we get all those information ?
is that possible ?
can we even get mobile number of any person which is near us by a software ?

I think you need to get on Axon's level. His cookie to post ratio is actually much higher than yours... Quality over quantity correct?

that is because he gained like 20 for just showing back up after deleting his old account :P. so he doesnt count, besides he is the great Dr. m0rph what does he need cookies for when he has our. uh wait i dont think i can talk about that publicly.
@HTH- True story, for everyone else on the forums its a cookie count. For Xires it isnt a cookie count, it is the number of n00bs he has eaten.

removed posts still count to your total unless im greatly mistaken. Besides the real way to go about it it is to just SE an admin into giving you a negative post count. then you would really really win.

@OP; cellphones still use towers. Cell towers still report information on connections for maintenance, statistics, tracking, whatever. Cops can have access to this information. Because cellphones can connect to multiple towers, and signal level can be calculated, you can triangulate the approximate position of any connected device. Cellphones use towers from any tower that they can connect to so what service you use doesn't matter. Services like 'wifi calling' do not normally affect the accuracy of retrieved information as, even though cell towers may not be used for calls, they're still used to some degree. You might be able to prevent the cell tower use but that may be a different process for each phone and/or service.
Try hacking a cell tower or 3. If you can make sense of the info you receive, it can be quite enlightening.

Not that it is important or matters, but I am sorry, you guys are both wrong. Removing a post does in fact lower your total post count. I thought for sure it would because I recently removed every one of my posts from another forum so I checked to see. I just went from 132 to 130.
