Title: Out with IE in with Spartan for Win 10

Opinions/comments/questions/concerns welcome.

I know IE will be "alongside" Spartan but I believe the main focus will be on Spartan.

Cortana, Spartan, Xbox all over the new Windows 10 OS. Where are we going?
Side note: 343 killed Halo... And it's not getting any better.
