Title: Lack of PC

So I got my laptop confiscated for god-knows-why and I was wondering if there was any way to write any code in Java/JS/PHP and view it on my android phone? I get my laptop once a week so if the above really isn't possible, perhaps a debugger or something. I wasn't able to find anything on the internet regarding this that might help. Maybe I'm looking in all the wrong places, but I'm finding nothing.
So can someone please help?

^It's only for building apps though.

BTW, writing code on a phone is stupidly frustrating maybe use hacker's keyboard to make it less painful: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.pocketworkstation.pckeyboard&hl=en

You're still going to hate coding on a touch screen though.

SSH shell? remote box?
Its a pain in the ass to type though, seems to me that this sucks on a phone anyway.
