Title: LanSpy Network spreader

I found the source of an application that spreads through the LAN with Arp Spoofing. It uses winpcap to do the spoofing. I did not test it yet so go through the code first to check for backdoors. But it comes from thrustworthy source so there shouldn't be any.

Oh yeah it has delay to prevent dos of the network
