huh, ususally they take the skin from the bottom part of the anatomy, but this is a lot better.

Honestly, wtf, who has 5 of July parties? Well I guess all the fireworks stores were closed so they just built a bonfire and threw gasoline on it... then again... I'd be an idiot not to anticipate such behavior from Pennsylvanian policemen :D
