Title: need help with getting held offline by an IRC

someone has been holding me offline with an IRC for the past two days. i cannot change my IP so i have to hardwire my computer to my modem because if i go through my router it makes my IP the same one that is getting attacked. wondering if someone can help me out please.

Did you get banned?
If so, just wait it out, don't evade.

Otherwise, post what your irc client says when you try to connect.
